Your choice
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics and marketing cookies. None of these cookies are set until you accept. If you decline, the whole site remains available.
Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which we ask you again. You can change it at any time with the button below, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings. If you withdraw your consent, we delete the analytics and marketing cookies set by our site.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file that your browser stores when you visit a website. Some tools also use your browser’s local storage, which works in a similar way. On this page, we call them all cookies.

Third-party content
The Contact page shows a Google Maps map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
Miranda, the AI assistant
Miranda, the site’s assistant, answers the messages written in its chat window. To write its answers, the text of your messages is sent to our AI provider, OVHcloud AI Endpoints, hosted in France, which neither stores nor shares this data. Email addresses and phone numbers are masked before sending.
Your conversations are kept for 90 days on STEPS servers to follow up on your request, then deleted automatically. If you type your email or phone number in the chat, or fill in Miranda’s form, these details and a summary of the conversation are sent to our team through HubSpot so we can contact you.
Miranda also keeps your chat history in your browser (local storage “steps_miranda_chats”, up to 20 chats) and a display preference for the duration of your visit (“steps_mi_tip”). Miranda’s bin icon deletes a chat on your device and on our servers. For any request, write to contact@steps.tn.
Data transfers
Google, HubSpot, Twilio (Segment), Semrush (ImpactHero), LinkedIn and OVHcloud (for Miranda) are based outside Tunisia. Data collected with your consent or sent to Miranda may be processed in the European Union and the United States, among other places.
Your rights
Under Tunisian personal data protection law and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can access your data, have it corrected or erased, and object to its use.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@steps.tn. You can also contact Tunisia’s national personal data protection authority (INPDP) or, in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country.
