THE PROBLEM

Managing business travel across multiple African and European destinations involved
fragmented tools, manual coordination, and zero visibility over mission progress. Travel
managers juggled spreadsheets, emails, and phone calls to book flights, hotels, transfers, and
VIP services for dozens of delegates simultaneously. No real-time view of task completion or
service quality — leading to costly delays and declining satisfaction.

THE SOLUTION

We embedded a dedicated team of 8 — including UI/UX designers, Angular frontend
engineers, Node.js backend developers, and QA specialists — to work as an extension of the
client’s operations team. Starting with deep UX research and stakeholder interviews, we
mapped every travel workflow and designed a unified platform with full visibility from mission
creation through task-level execution.
