The client managed training through spreadsheets for scheduling, separate video platforms for online sessions, manual certificate generation, and no centralized way to track trainee progress or collect feedback. Trainers had no unified interface, and trainees lacked a portal to access courses, exams, and certificates. The entire workflow needed to be digitized and unified with full Arabic language support.

Designed 40+ screens across 3 panels in Figma. Built a full Arabic RTL design system
